Day 1  
Make, design  and cut chocolate pastillage

Day 2 
Make chocolate royal icing  
Assemble and decorate chocolate pastillage   

*Please note
Chocolate pastillage requires a 24 hour drying time
between cutting and assembling and therefore it is
necessary to run this workshop over two days.
