Indulgence, based in Hampshire on the border with Surrey and Berkshire was founded by Andreas Hein in spring 2006 to offer
a mouth-watering alternative to the traditional wedding cake.
A professional Pātissier and Confectioner
for over 20 years, Andreas learned his skills in Germany and continued his culinary journey through Germany, Switzerland and
the United Kingdom in a number of Michelin star restaurants and 5-star hotels. In recent years, Andreas has dedicated his
passion for chocolate to the teaching profession where he is able to share his knowledge and expertise.
Priding himself on only working with high quality ingredients, Andreas believes that his chocolate wedding cake creations
have to be finished on the day of the wedding in order to provide the freshest possible cake.
