Location
All chocolate workshops run in Farnborough
Hampshire mostly one to one tuition or a maximum of two people at any one time.
Dress code
I recommend sensible clothing suitable for a kitchen environment
as well as closed shoes. Aprons will be provided during the work shop.
Dates
Appointments
only, call or e-mail for availability. All courses are currently scheduled for Saturdays and start at 10.00 a.m. Times, days and dates can be adjusted
on request.
Cost
Included
are amongst refreshments, recipe cards, background information on products and lots of tips and tricks to perfect your chocolate
skills. In addition all ingredients are provided as well as packaging for you to take all products produced home with you.

Payment
Full payment is due within one week of booking your chosen workshop.
