My name is Andreas and I have been a professional artisan pastry chef for over two decades. I began my training in Germany and went on to develop my chosen specialism of chocolate in Switzerland before settling in the United Kingdom where I worked in a number of 5-star hotels as well as teaching patisserie at a local technical college. I pride myself on only working with the highest quality ingredients and I believe that my chocolate cake creations have to be finished on the day of your celebration to ensure ultimate freshness.

In addition to designing artisan chocolate cakes to your personal specifications, I also run a series of courses and master classes so others can explore their own enthusiasm for patisserie and chocolate. Many many thanks for the wonderful cake. It was just as we had hoped and it was admired by all at the wedding. It was moist and delicious and many of the guests were back for seconds even though the portions were very generous.
