Andreas is a very passionate pastry chef who has inspired hundreds of people throughout his teaching career in patisserie and confectionary. Andreas believes that baking is one thing, but understanding will give you confidence and pride. Don’t take anything for granted, and try finding the roots of your bakes and all the fantastic tales and historical events behind them. Apart from baking, Andreas runs regular pop-up events from his home, including appreciation talks and demonstrations on patisserie, confectionary, and chocolate, of course. After years of preparing pastry lessons and developing pastry recipes, Andreas wants to share now his own personal sugar path journey in his first book.
